The reason we are using this theater as our con space is simply that we were given it for completely free! We are so thankful to have Hollywood Theaters sponsoring our event and we are thrilled to receive one of their venues for free to host our little country convention. It has a ton of space upstairs (4 panel rooms, a dealers den area and a hidden back room for our dances.) We personally believe that small/ borderline mini-cons have their own charm, and could not ask for a better space, size issues aside.

"The convention is being held in a theater? How will that work?"

We do not have one specific host hotel, although most of the staff will be staying at the Rodeway Inn nearby the location. The hotels listed on the website are simply suggestions; hotels near the event itself that would be conveniently located.

"Is there a host hotel?"
