I, (guardians name here) give the child under my legal protection permission to attend Rose City Fursanity 2018 and participate in any and all  scheduled activities at the event. I understand that the staff and management of this event are not responsible for my child's health or safety, and I will take full responsibility for any injury or loss of items belonging to/involving said child.

 

I hold myself responsible as well for the safe return home of my child from RCF, and will not hold the staff accountable for anything that may happen to him/her/them at the event.
